At MAHA Treasures, we want you to love your handmade item. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right while honoring the nature of artisan-made goods.

What’s Eligible for Return

We accept returns on:

• Non-custom, unused items
• Items returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products in original condition with all packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What’s Final Sale

Some items are not eligible for return due to their custom or intimate nature:

• Custom or bespoke orders (e.g., vow books, branded gifts, personalized scarves)
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Clearance or “Last Chance” items
• Opened incense, used scarves, or worn accessories

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email us with:

• Your order number
• The item you’d like to return or exchange
• A short note (optional, but appreciated!)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
