Once we finalize your design, we aim to deliver your bespoke piece within 4–6 weeks.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know the status of your treasure.
Absolutely! Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll share fabric swatch photos and embroidery layout previews to ensure your piece is crafted exactly the way you envision.
Your custom piece will be carefully wrapped inside our signature handmade lokta paper box, finished with gold foil accents and a personalized message inside—making every unboxing a celebration of craftsmanship.
The price depends on your selected product, fabric type, item type, size, and any personalization.
We provide you with a custom quote before you confirm your order.
- 50% upfront when placing the order.
- 50% is due when your item is ready for shipping.
Because each bespoke piece is made-to-order just for you, changes or cancellations after production has started are not possible.
Similarly, bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned.
However, if you need to make adjustments before production begins, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
